With a passion for advocacy and a commitment to excellence, Ronnie brings a wealth of experience and diverse expertise to his work across the nonprofit, education, and culinary sectors.
He is a proud member of the Indiana Youth Services Association (IYSA) and an active contributor to the ACEs Indiana Coalition, where he champions trauma-informed practices to support at-risk youth and families. As a certified ACEs Master Trainer, Ronnie educates professionals and community members on the impact of adverse childhood experiences and the power of resilience-building strategies.
A graduate of Leadership SBM (South Bend Mishawaka), Ronnie is recognized for his commitment to civic engagement and leadership development in the region. He is also an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame's South Bend Entrepreneurship and Adversity Program (SBEAP) Bootcamp, where he strengthened his entrepreneurial skills to better serve underserved communities.
Ronnie's professional affiliations also include membership in the American Culinary Federation, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for the culinary arts and commitment to excellence in food service. Additionally, as a member of the South Bend Rotary, he works alongside fellow leaders to advance service projects and foster meaningful change locally and globally.
